Yes. PID Intelligence is priced per firm, not per seat. Your whole team can use the same account with no extra cost.
PDF drawings — annotated, vector, or scanned all work. Annotated and vector PDFs (typically exported directly from CAD) give the most accurate results; scanned drawings are read visually and results depend on scan quality. Export from AutoCAD using File > Export > PDF for best results.
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@pidintelligence.com.
Yes — the Archive Digitizer offers a flat-fee project option for one-time digitization work. Contact hello@pidintelligence.com for project scopes and pricing.
Free use of the standard tier tools (P&ID Extractor, Instrument Index, Metadata Harvester) during the active beta period. Archive Digitizer is a flat-fee project service and runs on a project-by-project beta basis — contact us to discuss your project before starting. Beta users also get direct input on the product roadmap, early access to new tools as they ship, and priority pricing before public launch when we move to commercial pricing.
